What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If you buy a report, the payment is processed by Stripe (we receive your name, email, and billing country, not your card details), and the intake form data you provide (newsletter URL, niche, audience figures) is used solely to produce your report.

Processors we use

To run this service we rely on a small number of third-party processors, each bound to handle your data only on our instructions: Stripe (payment processing), Tally (the intake form you complete after payment), and Hostinger (website hosting; full details in the Legal notice). Your report is delivered to you by email. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order and invoicing data is kept for the durations required by French accounting law. Intake data and your report are kept so we can answer follow-up questions, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data at any time: contact@sponsorfolder.com. Data controller: Agence Wengraf SASU (see the Legal notice).

Reports and third parties

Reports contain professional contact information about companies, compiled from publicly available sources only. We never guess email addresses, and we mark unverified data as such. Any person mentioned in a report may request removal by writing to the address above.
