1. Service

Sponsor Folder provides a one-time sponsor prospecting report prepared for a single newsletter, as described on the order page: matched brands with sourced evidence, contact identification with sources and email status, pitch drafts, a pricing recommendation, and a summary media kit. The service is provided by Agence Wengraf SASU (see the Legal notice) and is intended for business customers (B2B).

2. Price and payment

The price is displayed at checkout and paid in full at order via our payment provider (Stripe). VAT treatment depends on the customer's country and status: reverse charge may apply for EU businesses; French VAT applies where required.

3. Delivery

The report is delivered by email within 5 business days of receiving the completed intake form. If we consider the newsletter is not a fit for the method (for example, an audience too general or too small for direct sponsorship sales), we say so and refund in full before starting the work.

4. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee commercial outcomes (closed sponsorships or revenue). We guarantee the documented nature of the report: factual claims are sourced and dated, and unverified contact details are marked as such. Contact data decays; the report reflects public information at the date of research.

5. Data and conduct

Reports are built from publicly available information only. The customer remains solely responsible for their own outreach and its compliance with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws.

6. Governing law
